Description
Grasses that shimmer gold and provide year-round interest. Originally from Spain and Portugal. Tall, wiry stems rise to a haze of feathery, translucent, oat-like panicles and each panicle is fine enough to catch and hold the light. The combined effect is one of levity and verticality, rather than density or heaviness. Panicles flutter — enlivened — in the presence of gentle drafts or passersby. Extraordinary colour. Available in 10 and 20-stem bunches. Display in a suitably tall, weighted vessel such as our Big Scroll-Handled Vase from Clam Lab.
