Some of the third party services we currently use are Google AdWords, Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Mail Chimp, Instagram, Shopify, Zapiet Delivery Rates by Zip Code App, Zapiet Store Pickup + Delivery App, Quickbooks, Hubdoc and Bold Commerce. This website is private property and all interactions on this website must comply with these Terms of Use. Users are required to restrict any and all activity with the website to that which involves lawful purposes only. User participation and interaction is encouraged on the website and the website may contain discussion forums, bulletin boards, public recommendations, review services or other forums in which you or third parties may post reviews or other content, messages, materials or other items on the website ("Interactive Areas"). If Flùr provides such Interactive Areas, you are solely responsible for your use of such Interactive Areas and use them at your own risk. Terms of Sale

When you place an order to buy something on this website you are making an irrevocable offer to purchase the item(s) that you have selected on the terms found on the ordering page in addition to the Sale Terms and Conditions. To make a purchase you must first register and create a user account.

    The failure of Flùr to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Use and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to its use constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of this website, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Use). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Use shall not be construed against the drafting party.


    In the event that any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Use.     Governing Law

    These Terms of Use and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. This website (excluding Third-Party Sites) is controlled by Flùr and operated by it from Ontario, Canada. You explicitly agree that all disputes, claims or other matters arising from or relating to your use of the Site will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.


    We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your account or your use of the website and to block or prevent future access to and use of the website if you violate this Agreement, for any reason, or for no reason. Upon any termination, your right to use the website will immediately cease. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the website. Upon termination, all provisions of this Agreement that are intended to survive termination, all representations and warranties, all limitations of liability, and all indemnities shall survive such termination.

    Flùr understands how important your personal information is. As such, we are committed to protecting your privacy and any personal information we collect from you. We also provide you with contact information should you have questions, concerns, or proposed amendments to your personal information.

    Flùr collects personal information. As such, Flùr maintains privacy in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). PIPEDA sets guidelines for how private sector organizations may collect, use or disclose personal information in the course of commercial activities.

    You will be notified at the first reasonable opportunity about any theft, loss, or unauthorized use of your personal information.
