We accept orders until 4 pm for next-day delivery.
NOTE: Due to Covid-19, we are only able to fulfill a limited number of orders per day, on a first-come-first-served basis. We recommend that you place your orders as soon as possible. We are not able to fulfill same-day deliveries at this time.
Due to Covid-19, we can only fulfill deliveries every Thursday to Saturday, between noon and 7 pm.
NOTE: We fulfill deliveries on select Sundays each year, such as Mother’s Day. We do not fulfill deliveries on statutory holidays.
We guarantee delivery before 5 pm to businesses and before 7 pm to residences.
NOTE: No time guarantee applies to deliveries during the week of national holidays, such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, due to the high volume of orders for fulfillment.
Our courier will leave your order: (1) at the recipient’s front door (weather permitting) OR (2) with reception/concierge (if available). Having done so, our courier will inform the recipient by phone.
In cases of severe weather or when temperatures fall below 10°C, flowers or potted plants cannot be left exposed outside. If the recipient isn’t available, we will automatically reschedule the delivery for an alternate date/time we deem safe.
If an alternate delivery attempt is required for a future date, a second delivery fee will apply. We will promptly connect with you (the sender) in these circumstances.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES AND RATES
We deliver to all postal codes starting with “M” for a fee of $15 (per item) and to all postal codes starting with "L" for a fee of $15-35 (per item). See list below for all delivery locations and rates.

NOTE: Due to Covid-19, our courier will not be able to fulfill deliveries to hospitals, medical buildings and doctor’s offices. We are fulfilling deliveries to nursing homes and long-term care homes on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, we have paused all deliveries of large plants in excess of 3’ d or 4’ h.
An EXTRA ITEM fee of $5 per item will apply to your delivery rate when ordering 2 or more items to the same address. For example, the delivery rate will be $20 to order 2 items for next day delivery to the same Core/Toronto Downtown address.
Your order arrives packaged in an open-faced box, using natural and copper papers. It includes our branded address label and enclosure card, with your message handwritten. Clear plastic wrap (recyclable) is used only when necessary.
For all pick up orders, please select “Store Pick Up” during checkout.

Due to Covid-19, we fulfill pickup orders every Thursday to Saturday, between noon and 6 pm. We offer pick up time slots every 20 minutes during our operational hours. Your order will be placed on a table outside the shop for retrieval. We ask that you call us upon arrival and maintain an appropriate physical distance from our entrance and other customers while you wait.
NOTE: For those travelling by car, we suggest a pick up time before 3:30 pm, as nearby parking is limited from 4 to 6 pm.

At this time, we do not coordinate delivery or pick up with recipients nor do we fulfill specially-timed deliveries or delivery add-ons, such as wine or chocolates or candles.
