Description
Papery, light and movement-filled foliage. Fine branching stems carry rows of increasingly small, flattened seed pods, each disc no wider than a fingernail. Pods are a pale green but with time may fade to a biscuit brown. Use as a standalone ingredient or mix with other heavier materials, in a supportive, voluminous role. Locally grown, in season. Available in 10-stem bunches.
