Description
A rare climbing aroid and epiphyte that is relatively low-maintenance and highly collectible. Also known as Red Bristle Philodendron or Hairy Philodendron. Prized for its mature emerald-green foliage, which is long, deeply lobed and oak-shaped, along with it's contrasting red stems covered in soft bristles, which have a fuzzy appearance. Thrives in bright indirect to filtered sunlight with moderate watering, average to higher humidity and adequate support. A bold silhouette, texture and high-chroma contrast and a tropical vibe — what's not to love?! Avoid exposure to direct sun, as this may scorch and damage leaves. Sensitive to cold and drought.
