Description
Unique clusters of dried palm fruit (Raffia Hookeri). Harvested from towering palm tree canopies in West and Central Africa. Short, stocky stems bear numerous slender side branches with many large, pointed and scaly oval fruits. Hardened outer skins are patterned and appear varnished. Impressive graded-colour of ridged, shell-shaped scales; they resemble tiny armadillos. Fascinating! Display snug to the opening of a proportional vase or drape on a shelf or table. Handle with care.
