50% Deposit (non-refundable/non-transferable) required for pre-orders placed by phone, email or in person.
50% Balance is due within 7 days of notification of arrival to Flùr showroom and prior to scheduled pick up or delivery date.
Payment in full required for pre-orders placed online.
All pre-orders may be subject to unforeseen delay. Flùr is not responsible for any delays in production, shipment, customs or local delivery.
Natural materials and items made by hand may vary in finish. Flùr is not responsible for such variations.
You assume responsibility for all entrance, elevator and freight clearances, as well as all weight tolerances within your home or business. Flùr is not responsible for manufacturer inconsistencies or errors in item descriptions, details or measurements.
If you request delivery, additional fees will apply. A sales representative will provide a Quote for approval/payment prior to delivery.
For pre-orders involving multiple items, you are welcome to connect with us to arrange pick up or delivery of partial orders (i.e., items that arrive sooner than others). Additional delivery fees will apply. A sales representative will provide a Quote for approval/payment prior to delivery.
You will be notified upon arrival of item(s) to Flùr showroom.You are responsible for arranging delivery of all item(s) within 7 days of notification by Flùr. 5% Holding Fee per item per week will apply to unretrieved item(s) after 7 days from notification, and, for every week thereafter until item(s) is/are retrieved. Flùr is not responsible for any damages that may occur after initial 7 days from arrival. Payment of Holding fees required prior to scheduling of delivery.
Flùr staff are available to assist you with loading smaller items into your vehicle as best we can during Flùr operational hours. You are responsible for safely securing pick up item(s) for transport to your home or business.
Delivery is required for items weighing 45 lbs or more (i.e., all Bergs Potter Planters 45 cm and up). Flùr staff would be happy to provide referrals to reputable delivery companies.
You will notify Flùr by email of any damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt. Flùr is not liable for damaged items reported by you after such time. In your email, you must provide images of all packaging and damaged goods to Flùr. You must also note any damages on the bill of lading at the time of delivery by local courier.
