Description
A rhizomatous flowering begonia with remarkable foliage: spiralled, serrated, velveteen, forest-black with emerald veining and contrasting burgundy undersides. Plus, extra-hairy petioles. Normally insignificant inflorescence achieves new visual heights against this moody foliage. Thrives in high humidity, while moisture on the leaves is best avoided (i.e., do not mist the leaves!). Suitable for a desk or tabletop with bright indirect to filtered sunlight.
